Step 1: Application

Action by student:

• completed application form
• copy of most recent school report, or other qualification(s)
• copy of passport
• documentation confirming English language proficiency

Action by ΢ÃÜÒ•îl Schools:

• Receive and review application
• Email Offers of Place and Schedule of Fees

*Students from certain countries, such as India, China, Vietnam, Russia and Turkey, should not pay fees until a Visa Approval in Principle (AIP) has been obtained from Immigration New Zealand.

Step 2: Enrolment

Action by student:

• Pay all fees (registration, tuition, accommodation, medical insurance and airport greeting and transfer fees)*
• Send enrolment acceptance form
• Send subject requests (if applicable)

Action by ΢ÃÜÒ•îl Schools:

• Issue receipt and confirmation letter
• Issue Code of Practice-compliant accommodation confirmation (for students under 18 for student visa application)

Step 3: Completion

Action by student:

• Apply for student visa
• Inform ΢ÃÜÒ•îl of arrival flight details

Action by ΢ÃÜÒ•îl Schools:

• Arrange accommodation and send accommodation details (if requested)
• Await student arrival
• Organise airport greeting and transfer to accommodation (if requested)
